If you're unhappy with any aspect of our service, please let us know as soon as possible. We follow an in-house complaints procedure in accordance with Regulation 16 of the Health & Social Care Act 2008.

What Happens Next?
✅ Acknowledgment – We will confirm receipt of your complaint within 3 working days.
✅ Investigation – Your complaint will be thoroughly reviewed.
✅ Response – We will provide a formal written response within 10 working days. If more time is needed, we will update you.
Our response will include:
- A summary of your complaint
- Details of the investigation
- Findings & conclusions
- Any corrective actions taken
📌 Confidentiality: If you are submitting a complaint on behalf of someone else, we will require written permission from them to proceed.
