Prescription Request Terms and Conditions

Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website and services.

1. Home Delivery Address

Patients must provide a complete and accurate home delivery address for any prescribed medications. The clinic is not responsible for incorrect deliveries due to inaccurate addresses.

By ticking the consent box, you agree that the prescribing clinician may nominate a pharmacy to process your prescription. If you do not consent to the clinician nominating a pharmacy on your behalf, please provide your preferred pharmacy in the designated field.

3. Preferred Pharmacy

You may specify a preferred pharmacy in the free text box. If left blank, the clinician will nominate a suitable pharmacy on your behalf.

4. Prescription Approval Process

All prescriptions are subject to review by the clinician. The clinic reserves the right to decline prescription requests if deemed inappropriate or unsafe for the patient.

5. Acceptance of Terms

Before submitting your prescription request, you must accept these terms and conditions, as well as any additional clinic policies, by checking the box provided. Requests cannot be processed without this confirmation.

6. Prescription Processing Times

Please allow up to 3 business days for your prescription to be reviewed and approved. Please allow a further 5 business days for the revieving pharmacy to dispense. Delays may occur if further information is required from the patient. There may be a delay to the processing of your if you have not booked the necessary blood test and review appointment prior to submitting your prescription request.

7. Medication and Treatment Safety

All medication requests are subject to the clinic's safety protocols. Patients must disclose any relevant medical history, current medications, or allergies when submitting the prescription request.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

Once a prescription is submitted to the pharmacy and approved, cancellation must be requested by the patient to the pharmacy. Any cancellations must adhere to the nominated pharmacies policy on cancellations and refund terms.
